Kenneth A. Steen, VP-Trading and Operations    Miami, FL

  • Expert knowledge of 30 years of international-domestic oil trading & risk management and strategies offering cogent solutions to Clients with Knowledge of every export grade of oil that originates in Iraq”.
  • Shipped–hedged-sold in excess of 400 mil bbl of Iraqi crude and coordinated first Iraqi crude to a Midwest US refinery in the late 1980’s.
  • Deep knowledge in international-domestic oil trading via physical and commodity exchange contracts, hedging, along with deep knowledge of every export grade of oil globally.
  • Business Development Supervisor for the US largest LPG pipeline system-all facets of the O&G pipeline sector.
  • Organized four pipelines and/or terminals, managed support companies providing storage and tankers.
  • Published a market forecast of LPG 10yr US Supply and Demand; conducted seminars to all pipeline shippers.

Robert L. Reis, VP-Project Management  Santa Rosa, CA

  • Responsible for the selection-certification of all Consortium Team Players (not vendors - engineering, financial and operational, etc.) into the Development Consortiums.
  • Has been an Early Adopter-Problem Solver-Team Builder with a “Walking the Factory Floor” systems process, that has resulted in solving the challenges of private companies and projects via ongoing Trust & Respect.
  • Empowers Team members to make key decisions, accept increasing responsibilities & personal accountability.
  • Tasks: accounting, administration, financial sources, tax incentives, project creation-task layouts-schematic diagrams.
