NAS Energy utilizes Barter and Tri-party contracts to convert abundant natural resources, such as Crude Oil to “$”, and then using these “$” to construct large infrastructure projects throughout the World. This sophisticated financial tool becomes the mode-of-choice in the construction of Pipelines and Refineries. The costs of these mega projects, tax the credit capacities of nations. This technique facilitates the construction, by spreading the payments over the future years, to complete the project. Top-tiered World Banks are involved with the completion costs exceeding $10 billion plus for Pipeline and Refineries.
Raw Material (crude oil, gas, sulfur, etc) Supply Chains are via truck, rail and pipeline to the Refinery (Crude to Refined Products), Storage, and Vessel loading.
Team Member has purchased and sold crude from: Columbia, Ecuador, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Russia, Syria, Tunisia, and Yemen.

B. Project Development and Expansion

NAS Energy focuses on the Destination and works backwards (reverse engineering) via an ‘Operational Excellence and Financial Engineering’ process:

Creates each Development Consortium (Leadership Team of NAS Energy and Others) that operates on a consistent process for the Consortium goals with international companies and legal compliances.
All FEED Studies, Technology-Design (cyber-security, development creation and commissioning for future operations), Machinery& Equipment, Project Management and the Training of In-country/On-site staff will be supplied by providers for the highest quality-operational performance of the design-layout-construction of each project.
Process Framework: Key Performance Indicators-KPI (weekly, monthly, quarterly), are used to illustrate the Team’s concentration and participation from conception, process, and execution for achieving the best Results.
Project Management achieved by using CPM, Critical Path Method.
